Documentation and Document Control Description
This procedure covers the requirements associated with the health assessment and surveillance of personnel. This includes health assessments prior to employment, prior to transfer to other duties and upon returning to work after rehabilitation; the health assessment of contractors and the periodic health assessment and health surveillance of personnel performing specific tasks (e.g. forklift operators, drivers of vehicles carrying Dangerous Goods, personnel handling food, personnel who may be exposed to chemicals, fire fighters, etc.) and health assessment specifically requested by individual employees or their line managers.
