The issue with not being able to upload qualifications for an employee has now been resolved.
Displaying Number of Records
We introduced the ability to display more than 10 records to a page. Your options are 25, 50 and 100 and you can scroll through the records. After interaction with the record and going back to the main table, the record would revert back to 10. So this no longer happens. We are working at trying to retain the location of where the user was post interaction with the record. Thanks Justin!
We have included incident types for the following:
- Injury: Contractor
- Injury: Patron / Visitor
- Injury: Volunteer
These are searchable through the search filter at the top of the page and will also list in the Reports > Incidents.
The Mobile Phone App will be updated this week to reflect the new Incident Types.

Document Review Notification in Dashboard
The link was broken and has now been fixed. For new documents uploaded into the application, this will now take you to the Document CA Evaluation and Document Approve popups that link to the relevant document.
Included in Audit Report is Location of Audit that will display the Site Name and Address.
Mobile Phone Format
Seems as though we are getting more and more numbers! Some people were experiencing issues with ‘0481’ and ‘’0497’. These are now acceptable. Mobile phone number validation for Australia is only ’04’.
